Had to get my Disney World fix in this year, since I missed it last year, so am heading down to see the Mouse & Friends for 11 glorious days from November 30-December 10th.
I really enjoy going down during the holidays to see the parks & resorts all decked out, as well as to see the Candlelight Processional & Osborne Lights.
Staying at Port Orleans Riverside for one night (11/20), then transferring over to Port Orleans French Quarter for the remainder of the trip. Was (and am still hoping for) planning on doing the first day at POFQ, but there was no availability with a AAA discount.
The first day will be a room only with a 1 day park pass & meals OOP. The other 10 days/9 nights will be on the Magic Your Way Plan with 10 day park hopper pass and deluxe dining.
Am heading down to Home Depot today to get my Mickey's (especially the lime green one's) to decorate my room window with.
Debated between the regular dining plan & deluxe and decided it was worth the extra $200 for the deluxe plan.
So, I've booked the trip with my local AAA office, made the deposit, planned my days & made my ADR's. I still need to book my Candlelight Processional dinner packages & book my flights (hoping for cheap flights).
