Hello Ladies

Twins are 15 weeks old now (picture attached) and I've had the sign off to excericse and diet again, so can I rejoin please?

I've started RC last week, one weith portion pots, althought DH wants to know about I can fit a Big Mac into one of them ha ha ha.

My weigh in day is Friday, so far, so good

Aww Sarah, they're gorgeous ::yes::

Well I am seriously thinking of foregoing my weigh-in this week as I have had a terrible weekend (though lots of fun ;) ), with 2 huge fry up breakfasts, a 3 course meal Saturday night with a bottle of Pinot Grigio and numerous Bacardi & cokes, followed by Frankie & Benny's yesterday - I've stocked up on my WW food and plan to be back on track today ::yes::

No I'm not following any particular diet Karen, I'm just counting calories and I like it that WW tell you exactly how many calories are in them - and I actually quite like them :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

LOL Karen - I pretty much try to stick to around 1000 calories a day (during the week) and I eat normally at the weekend. Unfortunately after my mega-pig out over the weekend, I just can't get back into the swing of things at the moment :confused3

Congratulations, the twins are beautiful. I'm doing RC too (well supposed to be!) I must admit I'm not using the pots - I've switched to a smaller plate to control portion size.

I've lost 1lb this week, but after a day at Ascot yesterday (eating & drinking all day) I'm going to have to be extra good for the rest of the week!

Good luck ervery-one:goodvibes

Hello everyone, is there room for one more?

I'm usually in DLRP section of DIS but have been browsing the other boards.

I'd like to lose around 2 stone before my next DLP trip which is do-able if I stop messing about and knuckle down.

All my friends are lovely skinny-minnies or happy as they are so really lacking support!

I'm around a size 18 and my end goal is to get into a pair of size 14 jeans.

Not doing any specific diet (although did really well on low carb in the past) just going to try this novel idea of eating less and moving about more

Ok weighing in, in the morning.
Just had my treat of five Haribo sours.
Been good this week and tried hard, but that's because it's a new diet.
I've found the portion pots ok actually, bit tricky getting used to a small amount of cereal.
Back with progress report in the morning.
