Has anyone stayed at the Inn on the Beach Motel in Daytona? Is this motel nice? Is it clean?

Never stayed there but have stayed at the Sun Viking on the beach in Daytona. Very well kept, fridge in each room. They only rent to families so it keeps out the rowdies. They have an indoor & outdoor pool. also an outdoor jacuzzi
