Exchanging gifts bought on the Wonder???

Some of the souveniers my wife brought back from her cruise on the Wonder are not the right size for the intended parties. These were cruise related items, not available elsewhere. Does anyone know if there is some way to arrange to exchange these?? If so, how do you go about it...Thanks for any help you can provide.:confused:

We were on the Wonder last October. My wife bought a ESPN t-shirt that looked like it had been sliced with a box cutter. 'Course, we didn't notice that till we got home. My wife called the 800 # on the store receipt, not sure what that # is anymore, but they were more than helpful in getting us a replacement. They wouldn't even let us send the bad one back.

I know that if you get ahold of the same person we talked to, you will be more than happy with their help.

Can't wait till this October and the 7 day western!

If you take your merchandise to your local Disney Store they will happily return your cruise merchandise for you. My mom is a manager at the Disney Store and she says they frequently will get returns from Disney Cruise, Disney World, Disnleyland, etc. It is the Disney Store's policy to return it. So if you need a refund or want to exchange it for something in the Disney Store, just take it over and it won't be a problem.
