Is it possible to trade points with a member? I have points designated for my 2002 use year that were borrowed from my 2003 use year. Now we are unable to go.
Would it be possible for another member who can use my 2002 points to transfer their 2003 points to my account in exchange? Could the 2003 points be transferred to my account prior to my use year (March)?
Thanks to all. Please respond

I believe you could do it, but it would take some work. I don't think you can transfer banked points, but you could make the resvs. in the other person's name. They then can transfer their points to your account.

You cannot transfer borrowed points (only current ones). What you could do is make a reservation using your points and put it in the other member's name (that does not count as a "transfer" under the rules) and that member could transfer points from their 2003 account to yours.

No transfer is possible but I recommend trying to rent points to someone else...I have done this from both sides and it has always been a positive experience....It takes a little faith but it has alwyas worked out...

Members are allowed one transfer per year- either in or out.
You can make a reservation for someone else using the borrowed points which will expire and they can transfer their points into your account. MS will handle the transfer details.
Good Luck!
