Podcast post time?

I will be flying to Las Vegas on Wed. and was wondering about what time the new podcasts normally go up. I am a fairly new listener so I am not sure if I will be able to get it downloaded before leaving.

Not that I don't have plenty of archives to listen to! :rotfl2:

I think when Pete wakes up, about 9am of Wednesday

well if ya get into a routine of getting up to work out... your body clock gets synced to that pretty quick. Maybe the post times will get more synced. I know it is inspiring me to get up off my butt and get in some work outs to be less round.

I think Kevin said they were recording today so maybe you'll get lucky and it'll be up early. But if not, the archives are great too! I listen to them quite a bit.
