Cannot access res. on Disney site ?

Hello I booked through AAA on 3-28-02 a 3-day $99.00 cruisefor this fall. I have my reservation #and I put in my phone #and it says
We cannot locate a reservation with the confirmation number you have entered.
So I called Disney the first cm said to use TA's phone # and he gave me the # he had so i tried that same results . I called disney again .This cm (mooket) would not help except to say your TA has blocked your reservation call them .... BUt she did tell me they got my $99. certificate yesterday and the res. # I had was valid ? Anyone else have this did you ever access reservation ? I booked our January cruise thru a internet agency and had no problem pulling up res. on Disney site . Thanks

Sometime in the past few weeks, Disney changed the Website and you can't look up your reservation, unless you book directly with them.

Your reservation is acting the way mine and presumably everyone else's is, if you booked through a TA.

I have no idea what harm it would do if we could see our basic information on the Website, but they have it blocked now. The only info was the Cabin number, the dining preference, the total cost, amount paid, and the balance due. Everything was display only so you couldn't make any changes on the screen, but apparently, there's a perceived problem with letting us verify it online.
