Four families are celebrating something special and would like to be dining at Lumiere on formal night. My questions are:

1) Which is the formal night?
2) How can we increase our chance of dining at Lumiere during that night?
3) How big are the tables? There are 18 of us. I know we can't all sit in one table. But can 2 tables accommodate us? And how can we go by requesting that?

Thanks in advance.

Best dining rotation IMHO, is PLAPLAP... That a way, you are in Lumiere's on the formal night, and Animators on Semi-formal night. Not sure if you can ask for specific dining rotaions, but it never hurts to ask. As for table size, can't help you there. I have NO idea. I'd call whoever it is you have your reservations through and ask about getting this dining rotation though. We had it, and it was exactly what I had wanted. I was very happy to be in the resaurants I wanted on formal nights.

FORMAL NIGHT IS SUNDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT. IT DEPENDS ON WHICH ROTATION YOU GET. I READ SOMEWHERE THAT PPL WITH 7 - 10 YEAR OLDS GET PLAPLAP AND THAT'S WHAT WE GOT. MAYBE YOU COULD REQUEST IT -NOT SURE.

#3, We had a party of 10 and our reservations were linked. On our first night we found we were split up 4/6, which was no problem since we were right next to each other anyway. Once our waiters realized we were together, they had 2 tables pushed together for us for the rest of the dinners. So, I would think you could have 8 people together and then 10 together at another table(or 2 together). Maybe they could even put 3 or 4 tables together if space permits so you could all be together, but I dont know that for sure.
