Hi - we are definitely going to stay at HRH again :cool1: and are also considering a stay at the Portofino.:goodvibes

Can I join the Loews program if I'm in the UK??

If so how do I do it and what are the benefits??

I am particularly keen on a late check-out and I believe I read a while ago that it might be a benefit of the Loews card - is that right??

Yes you can join if (like us) you are from the UK. There are some quite nice benefits such as welcome gift and free upgrade if available when checking in etc. All the details can be found at:

Its free to join and yes, late check out is one of the perks.

yes we have also joined (free) but haven;t yet used it. took a while for the confirmation though 3-4 weeks

I have the Platinum card.
Late checkout ,depending when you are there would probably be 12 midday unless you are platinum, do not be expecting a 2 or 3 oclock checkout time

in the past years i have stayed at HRH, i have had the late check out of 2:00 pm for the platinum level membership.

last year though, i had to fuss to get it.
i was told i had to call in the morning of my check out date to request the late check out for platinum members are entitled to.

in the past, it has always been a given to have that 2 pm check out.
for the gold and blue levels it has been a possibility with no guarentee for later check out.

i have no idea what the situation will be this october when i stay there.


my point, the loews first program states what the amenities are for each card level. the hotels can change it if need be.
