Can child use swim vest in pool or on beach

My 3 y/o DD isn't ready to swim without either her water wings or her swim vest. Does anyone know if DCL will allow these in the on board pool or at the beaches

Yes to both, water wings are allowed. Large inner tubes or other large pool toys are not allowed in the pools but you could use them at the beach at Castaway Cay with no problem. :)

Does Disney provide either water wings or swimvests for use in the pools or is it B.Y.O.W (wings)?

You must bring your own water wings, swim vests, or any other type of personal floatation devices for your little one.
