My DH bought the TubroJam DVDs last summer. I like the "20 Minute" routine, the "Turbo Sculpt" and the "Ab Jam". Some of the longer more advanced routines are just too complicated for me so I don't do them.
I was pretty good at doing the 20 Minute Routine and the TurboSculpt regularly last year and really saw good results. But, I fell off the wagon and haven't worked out in a while. I will be dusting off the TurboJam DVDs and the elliptical and getting to work! I started the SOBE diet today so I'm motivated to get back in shape!
I used to wear a size 16 but worked my way down to a size 12. Now those size 12s are getting tight. Yes, I have been bad!

I bought turbo jam last year, and I had great results, but then I went off the wagon because I work 12hr nights and that makes me so tired all the time. I gained all my weight back and more. I just started back on it a few weeks ago and although I haven't lost more than 3lbs my clothes are bigger so I know its starting to work. I have my daughters wedding to go to in sept so I am very motivated. I don't feel as tired and turbo jam is the only one that I don't get bored with. When I feel too tired I just do the 20min workout and that keeps me going, and that is why I have been keeping up on it(besides the wedding). It really does work, it is fun, and you will see a difference if you keep it up and watch what you eat.
