I booked 4 nights AKL concierge mid-August for Mom's Bday, DH's first ever trip to WDW, and surprise trip for 3 kids (DS 13, DD 7, DS6). Very Exciting! My question is...will the concierge staff contact me (if so, how soon before) or should I initiate contact?

Yes, they will contact you. They contacted me about 3 months before my trip. They give you their phone # and set up any reservations for you. They are very nice.

You should receive a letter with the conceirge info and a form to fill out and return.

We just recently received our questionnaire for July so you should receive yours soon.

The contact and follow up we have received from AKL concierge has been wonderful. About 1 week after we made our ressies we received the questionaire. Since mailing that back (in Feb, our trip is Memorial Day Wkend) we have received at least one call each month just to check if there is anything we need. They booked our Sunrise Safari and called to tell us about the change in Food Among the Flowers brunch. Can't wait to get there!
