I know that Canadians and other non-US residents/citizens have a different boarding procedure to go through. I took the cruise a few years ago with my family. This year I am travelling with three of my US cousins so we will have a different boarding ritual. Does anyone know if we all have to board together (we are in one stateroom), or can they all go ahead and board and I can join up with them later after I have gone through my document surrendering process? We want to get our Palo's and spa ressies early and if they can do that while I am going through my bit, it would make things much easier.....

My wife and kids boarded an hour before I did because I had to return our rental car. No problem. My wife took care of the Palos reservations after boarding, and we met at Topsiders for lunch. It worked well.
