View Full Version : Help! Question about Beach Club Deluxe Rooms
06-10-2008, 06:22 PM
Hi everyone! Hopefully someone out there can help me with this. I thought I had a standard water view room booked at the beach club for 8/4-8/9. I just went online and looked at my reservation an it says "deluxe water/pool view". I then noticed on the disney website that it said delxe rooms have access to the stone harbor club. so if my ressie now says i have a deuxe room booked than that means i have CONCIERGE? :cool1: Has anone else out there stayed
in a deluxe an used the stone harbor club?:goodvibes
Thanks for the help!;)

Hmmm, sounds like you might be lucky! :woohoo: Here's some info on the BC Deluxe rooms posted by helpful DISers over on the BC FAQ thread:
A deluxe room is an oversized room which has access to the concierge lounge but is not on the concierge floor. As I understand it, there are only 4 of these rooms, one atop the other (rooms 1557, 2557, 3557 and 4557), and they are located near the quiet pool. You can find a map of the resort layout here (http://www.disneyzone.net/bcresort.htm). There are some pictures of one in post #121 on this thread.
From post #121 as mentioned
Hi! Here are some of my pics of this room.. i might have more on my other computer, but here are some for now..http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/sundries/room1.jpg
None of the deluxe rooms at BC are on the concierge floor. There are only 4 of them. If you are facing the quiet pool they are all on the left corner. To get to concierge you would have to walk to the main elevator to get to the 5th floor.
The four deluxe concierge rooms are on the corner of the quiet pool so there is one on each floor except the 5th because there isn't a fifth floor on that side of BC. Only floors 2 & 4 have a full balcony. They would all have view of Crescent Lake & the quiet pool.
Not the greatest pic, but here's one of it (BC quiet pool) from our balcony last October:
The hot tub is to the far right, and the blue building is the laundry/bathrooms.
If you post on the BC FAQ thread someone there should be able to answer all! :cutie:

We stayed in a BC Deluxe room a couple of years ago, room 4557. Yes, you will have concierge access, although, these rooms are not on the 5th floor. The deluxe room is oversized and wonderful. The 4th floor room, #4557, has a great really oversized balcony overlooking BC quiet pool, we could see the very high Illuminations fireworks from this room, loved it! I believe the second floor, #2557, also has an oversized balcony. Hoping your pixie dust continues!
