How to plan without knowing EMH?

I am going in November. I haven't made any ADRs yet and am freaking out.

But the EMH aren't out yet for then, are they? Should I avoid EMH or go with them?

I look back & previous months to see what days had what emh. It's not always 100% accurate, but it gives an idea of what to expect.

We do morning emh & plan a late bfast (10:30ish) or early lunch (11:45am) on those days @ the park that has the emh. For the evening emh, I plan to eat @ the emh park or if its MK or Epcot a resort ressie.

Typically, the days and times have not changed with the exception of parties and such.
I remember Monday evenings emh @ DHS
Wednesday evenings emh @ AK
Thursday mornings emh @mk
Friday evenings emh@ EPCOT
Saturday mornings @ DHS

November hours and EMH are out, I think they came out last week. We don't usually go to the EMH.

I was flipping out trying to plan before the December park hours came out. I don't really know why since when we went in March, the hours changed from when we started planning to when left for disney.
