Shopping Report on Soaps?

A few podcast back Julie did a store report at Epcot on some soaps she bought I believe in Norway. Is that correct? Or was it Canada. I'm going to WDW next week and wanted to look into purchasing one of those soaps. I remember one of the names of the soaps being "moose snot" or something like that. thanks for the help.

I love the ones in France. They're on my must have indulgence. I got one in December. They cost $7 and may seem pricey but when you figure that it was used every day and lasted 6 months then :thumbsup2

I got another in May and it's now on my list to stock up in October.
