:) Thanks for calling me this morning to let me know my packages got there ok. and even though Sunday is your day off you will make sure they will be there when we arrive.
It was our first time to ship items and our first trip as DVC members.
I figured that with all the airline restrictions the department will be swamped. You were calm cool and collected and I appreciate your pixiedust: for our trip.
