The simplest way is to go to the marina and take a RIGHT when you get to the beach, walk down aways to the end, its a nice little stroll and the best view of the fireworks at the Fort .
You can also take the "nature trail" that starts to the right of the Settlement trading post and swing a left at the end of that...but it would be a very dark walk, so bring flashlights, OR you can actually take the rear exit to the canal at the back of the 300 loop and go all the way to your left

There is a path next to site 328 (i think that is the site number, if not very close and a very visable path). You walk by the canal and across the bridge to the edge of Bay Lake. It's a short walk and a very nice view of Wishes. :thumbsup2

Thanks so much everyone. We have been VERY concerned because our 2 year old is terrified of fireworks--watching from the Fort might be a way to help calm his fears, yet let the older 3 still see the show! Now I'm even more anxious to get there next week!:goodvibes

Here's to great travel time and a magical fW trip. From now on saving pennies will always be for a Disney trip.
Can't wait to hear the trip report. Get online to us as soon as possible after the trip. Being with the Dis Campers and planning the next trip is the only cure for post Disney let down.
