Okay, what does MS do?

I admit, I don't know exactly what MS will do for me as a member. After reading the thread about that Guides are (and are not, I have to ask the question:

What can MS do for me (other than booking my time with points)?

They can also book air and car rentals, priority seatings. You would call them to bank points or verify your point totals. I always confirm my point balances by use year whenever I make a reservation.

I'll second what DebbieB said. And add that once you're a member, that's all pretty much all of the stuff that you need. That's why many of us never talk to our guides.

So a guide is (mostly) a salesperson, and all of the ongoing administrative and customer service thins are done by Member Service.

I treat MS like I would customer service. Need a confirmation, rental, reservation or reccomendation call MS. Have a complaint or compliment call MS. I also call to verify some of the stuff I hear on these Boards :D
