which hotel are you staying at?

you can call them about 5 days prior for a room switch with no problem.

How did you book?? I booked through Loews directly and I did get an email confirmation however nothing was attached to the email...Just an email confirming my reservation. I did pay in full so it was a receipt.

I booked with Loews. I have made a few payments towards my stay with the Advance Payment form, they send me an attachment with details of payments everytime i make a payment. The latest payment was 2 weeks ago and this time it had a room Number on the receipt.

Got an email from room reservations. They have changed my room over to Pool view, but need to call 3 days prior to arriving to make sure no one has changed it.

I am sorry to ask you a stupid question, but does this mean you have been making payments each week for your room? Did not know you could do that.

loews only asks for a one night's stay for a deposit.

if you wish to make payments in advance, you can.
call and ask for the department that sets that up.

i did it once before myself.

Only Lowes does this... Thanks I didn't know that... they are too expensive for our long stays but just a weekend I will look into this.

Why did i think you MEN wouldn't organize a 'meet'???

Lily & Robert need to ride Hulk & Dragons.... Mary Eva needs to ride Hulk....and Dragons.... :rolleyes1

Robert...wasn't 1701 a pool view? Is that why the switch?

Hi Barb, we men cannot MULTI TASK:rotfl: , trying to write on the boards and organise a meet at the same time, would be to confusing for us:confused:.
A Dis meet needs the feminine touch:worship: :worship:

No 1701 would be looking out over the front entrance and car park.
We where in 1500 last year and it was a pool view

Hi Macraven! Is 1700 a king suite? Is the view of pool only? Can you see any of the park from this room? Is it close to the elevators? Sorry for all the questions- we have decided to skip club on our next trip to RPR so we are looking for a good king suite. Thanks!

Yes 1700 is a king suite, you have a view of the pool, and if you look to the right you can see the park, but if you want to see the park as well as the pool ,would probably be better with a room in tower3, think we where able to see Dudleys and a few other rides, but not really a park view.

Thanks for the replies. If you are facing bldg. 1 is 1700 on the right or left end of the bldg? We had 3400 last time and it was right by the elevator on the left end of bldg 3. Had a nice view of the pool but the trees were creeping up to block the viow soon!

Its on the left, same as 3400 just as you get of the elevator.
We where in 1500 last year and the trees where up to its window. Reckon they need to do a bit of pruning. Must be very dark in the lower floor rooms.

if you get a room that has a blocked view by the foliage/trees, you can get a discount on the room.

there are some rooms that are listed as a partial view that you can book in advance for the discounted rate.

ask at the front desk.

or you can call in advance to ask. never hurts to get a discount off the rooms at HRH if you don't plan to sit there all day and look out the window.

i snagged a room at HRH for $179 before by taking the obstructed view room.

you have to request this type of room.

i read on an a thread last year a person got the obstructed view room for $149
don't know which floor that was though.
