Referal question

We have a friend that is interested in purchasing into DVC.
What information do we have to give him so we can refer him?

When we were on that end of the equation, all we did was tell our guide our friends' names, both husband and wife, and what city they live in. Our guide was able to locate them in the system in about 2 minutes. And then they received an email of our visit the next day.

If your friend wants to look up info before speaking to DVC directly, I'd recommend he start reading through "DVC Program Information" at www.dvcnews.com.

All my wife knew was the persons name and city and they found him in the system. They got an e-mail also and $200.00 gift card

At what point do you have to say they referred you? DH and I have done the information sessions twice (including this past Sun) but are holding out for BLT before we buy. We have not listed a referral yet. Can we still do that? We have a friend that owns at AKV.

We gave the name of our referral several weeks after we actually took the tour and had already paid our down payment. They still received the gift card.

We did the tour and gave the referal while we went oner the numbers. No pressure but i guess he knew we were going to buy. We got home and my DW's friend had already received the e-mail saying we used his name.
