It's my parent's 40th anniversary, and they have reserved the Chef's Table for our family!!!!
I have been REALLY looking forward to this and can't WAIT for tonight!!!!!
DH and i ate there earlier this year at the dining room for our 1st/4th anniversary on Feb 29th and now this! I'm going to enjoy it, because it will probably be the last time I see a $$$$ meal like this!
Thanks mom and dad!!! and Happy Anniversary!!

You are in for SUCH a treat!
My wife and I did that for our anniversary, and had the best meal (and service) of our lives!
It was a 4 hour meal for us, and was well worth every penny spent.... just don't ask how many pennies ;)

Reporting back....yes, at 8am...with a hangover (the coffee is brewing)
first of all, we ate from 6pm to 11pm at the chef's table! There were 9 of us there....and well...the food was just amazing. When we were served anything plated, it was done all at the same time. So at least 9 servers came in with a plate each, and all placed in front of us at the same time.
My favorite "dishes" were:
Peeky Toe Crab
Alaskan Red King Salmon
Foie Gras with Peach Tart
Japanese Kobe Beef
It was a total of a 10 course meal...and what made it so memorable was being with the family, and asking everyone on the staff all kinds of questions. It's MUCH more relaxed back there, a lot of joking around and it was so neat to watch the cooks quietly do their job. It was like a well oiled machine. Nothing like Hell's Kitchen..hehehheeh I only heard.."yes chef" once the whole night!
After our meal, DH and I went to the Magic Kingdom (all dressed up...DH in his suit, and me in my outfit) and rode on Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear before calling it a night.
DH got to drive the Corvette we rented for the night home ( i drove there) with the top off and we blasted the music the whole way. We got in about 2am, grabbed 5 hours of sleep and well, happy Wednesday!!
Enjoy the pics!
