Hey everyone. I'm giving a speech on Wednesday for my Business & Professional Communications class. It's on Disney's 7 Guidelines for Guest Service. I'm writing the PowerPoint tonight and I was trying to come up with unique greetings like Howdy, Aloha, Welcome Home and Jambo Disney uses to emerse guests in the show. Can ya'll think of any more? I'd like to have more than 4 on my slide. Thanks so much!

What about one from each of the countries at Epcot?
For example.....Guten Tag! (German for hello), Ni hao (Chinese)...etc

Isn't there a song from Epcot that maybe starts off with Remember the Magic and then goes into many different greetings in foreign languages? I can't find it in my music files right now. It would certainly help with pronunciation. Perhaps if you could find it, you could add it to the presentation.

Anytime I hear a voice similar to the movie phone guy I think of that line and either recite it or laugh out loud. I'm sure folks think I'm a little "off". Then again, some folks think I'm a little off being a grown man who loves Disney.:confused3

Thanks for your input. One more question. I end my speech with the Walt Disney quote "You can dream, create, design, and build the most wonderful place in the world but it requires people to make the dream a reality." I wanted to put a picture of cast members in the slide. Do you know of any large group photos? I tried google images, but I didn't see any on the first few pages. Thanks again for all your help.

At least we all are not alone in our Disney-ness. I think the Dis should adopt a new slogan ...
"The Dis - get on it and be a little off"

I found a good group shot of Euro Disney from '92 opening that may work. Google images is your friend. It's not WDW but it's still Main Street.
