I have an infraction for 40 points for "A Major Personal Attack" that wasn't a major personal attack... and now I can't have an avatar or signature, and I can't send PM's, and it's until July 1st.

well who was the attack on and what was it exactly and he means that he cant do anything but post and hes not allowed to have extra stuff like a sig and avatar.

If your infraction wasn't clear maybe you should try PMing a Moderator?

Exactly. And it may not have been a personal attack IN YOUR OPINION, but it may have been a personal attack in that person's mind. Different things snap different people.


Even though you may be new to the DIS you are still expected to know the rules.

Ah don't worry i got points waaay back for a sarcastic/argumentative post that was yes ok sarcastic but not in a bad way. Just wait till they expire.

I've had a ton of infractions.
I get them all the time, I really don't think they matter.

Okay so I guess I'll just not really hang around here until July.

I suppose it's just as well... this June is very busy around here and I don't really need the Dis as a distraction.

I suppose it's just as well... this June is very busy around here and I don't really need the Dis as a distraction.
You're still allowed to post, just don't break any rules and you'll be fine. No reason not to come on.
