Me & DH will be travelling early November with 3 children under 12. Checked out HIFS, but am looking for other options (under $100, if possible). We are Entertainment Club members.
Any suggestions?

What do you have against timeshares?? Lots of room for the price. And unless you get one of the real cut rate rates, it doesn't include a mandatory sales presentation...We've found them to be a good alternative....

With the Entertainment Rate, I booked a 2 bdrm/2 bath, full kitchen, living room, at the Oak Plantation Resort for $72.50. Yes, this is a timeshare resort. I don't understand what is the difference if you rent from a hotel or rent from a timeshare resort. If you're concerned about a tour the $72.50 does not require a tour.

Thanks Klynn & jctwizzer for clearing up my timeshare concerns...as a newbie to this WDW planning adventure, I was not aware that me & DH would not have to sit through the timeshare presentation!
I will keep an open mind related to timeshares, and move forward.
Thanks!

there are quite a few timeshare resorts offering good deals. Just be sure the one you book does not require a presentation, some do. Vistana Villages does not require one
