Booked my Virgin Atlantic flights for August with Dial-a-Flight and paid the balance 10 days ago. Should I be able to log on to the Virgin Atlantic website to manage my flights? It's telling me 'unable to find your booking' :confused3

If you phone Virgin they will be able to reserve your seats etc, this happened to us and we couldn't view online but Virgin still had our details and reserved our seats. :goodvibes

Hiya,
advance booking is great, but limited seats available do run out quickly - but, even if you do online check in 24 hours before, you will still have a good choice of seats, or even if you are anywhere near the start of the queue for check in on the day (both UK and Orlando) ..... I was surprised - we got great seats both ways - after being unable to get any of the advance booking seats due to travel agent mix up and it being the school holidays .... Also advance bookings are not available for exit row seats, which do give soooo much more room (we are family of 4 and like to go for 1 exit row seat and line of 3 behind it - can't book that sort of thing in advance..)
