This is my favorite. Nothing special. Just my favorite. We didn't even think about doing anything out of the ordinary until we were leaving the park on our last day. Would like to start thinking for this year though.

We enjoyed the Photopass. We've used it twice so far. Sometimes you get great shots and others will be awful. Just make sure you have your picture taken as much as possible! Here are some of our favorite pics from last year.

If you go to the waterparks they will give you a photopass corded bracelet. I absolutely loved that thing and used it in the parks! It was so easy to keep up with, better than a PP card! And one more note...MAKE SURE you write down your code on the back in case you pass gets lost. This way you can get a new card or still look up your pictures once you get home. Better safe than sorry! Have a FUN trip!

The only times we've met Jack was at the Pirate Princess parties. He was in an old Disney restaurant over in Adventureland. I don't think he's a regular character at WDW but he is regular at Disneyland.

We met them at DHS last year in the ???Animation building???
The incredibles are usually there too. My guess is this year it will be Wall E. That area changes to match whatever movie is "hot" at the time.

We did our photo shoot at Saratoga Springs...which actually is a beautiful resort. We thought about going over to the GF, but we were staying at Saratoga so we figured it would be easier...and it was!! And we all didn't have to match for the rest of the day! lol

Yes they took pictures of the whole band. Since I pre-purchased the CD I asked them to transfer the pictures onto my photo-pass card. They took over 100 pictures. I was able to customize most of them for DD and her friends.

The way photopass works, only certain options are allowed on certain pictures.
For example, Captain Hook's signature is only available to be added to Photopass pictures with Captain Hook - not ones uploaded yourself nor ones from another photopass photographer.

Most of the options are "universal" for every picture but there are definitely some character or park-specific ones that are reserved for certain shots.

Does that help?

Okay, let's walk through it.
Click the "My Albums" tab after you log into the Disney Photopass site.
Choose the "All" Album from the Disney Photopass Pictures section by clicking on it.
Select a picture with a character in it by clicking on it.
(Note: not all chars have signatures. Good bets are Mickey and gang, Pooh and friends, and the Princesses).
You now should see a larger version of that picture.
On the right, you can choose "Edit Picture" for zooming or resizing.
The "Add Borders" option on the right (click the triangle) allows you to add borders.
The signatures you are looking for should appear in the "Add Borders" list.
It sounds like you've at least gotten this far already.

Currently they appear (for me anyway) right below the 2008 options.
My guess is you didn't realize that you can slide the bar on the right to reveal more borders.

Yes, just ask on the bridge from the Oasis to Discovery Island.
There will be several Photopass photographers and they all will be able to add the Simba magic there.

I love the Haunted Mansion one and holding Tink! And I'm sure my nephew will want to duel with Captain Hook! We were at WDW 4 years ago and got the Photopass, but we didn't do anything like these! We're headed back in less than a week, so we want to do some of these!:cool1: :banana:

Sorcerer Mickey hangs out in the Animation Building now along with the Incredibles and the UP characters.
On non-Fantasmic nights, a whole slew of other characters join them.
But it's great since there's rarely a line to get pics with some great chars including Mickey - it definitely beats the Judge's Tent!

The 'kissing couple' pose in the lsat post reminded me of my favourite-ever photopass story. Ever.

It was EPCOT, in front of Spaceship Earth. In front of us in line was a couple in their 20s. They did the normal smiling picture, and then the photopass guy asked: "How about a cute kissing pose?" They kind of stood awkwardly there for a moment until the girl finally said "Is there anything else we can do? We're brother and sister."

They ended up doing a back-to-back pose, but it was a classic moment:lmao:

A few faves from our September 2009 Trip. I think the key to working with many photopass photograpers is you have to be ready to ham it up a bit and tell them you don't want just the standard poses...or that's what you'll get. Some are more fun than others, though!

I love this one of my middle son and my daughter. They are my rope drop buddies!
