There wasn't any transition for the guests as, I had been told, none of the guests would be staying with us and then having to move to the Contemp. They were either with us and left at the end, or they started their vaction at the Contemp to begin with.

I'm not sure about the transition with the ticket office, but I haven't heard any one talking so, I assume it went smoothly.

The transition for the reservations is very bumpy and frustrating. This was not a well-thought out plan and trickle down information is slow, at best. It should not affect the guests in any way as far as their reservations are concerned. It's just a great big pain for the agents. It should get better as time goes on and the bugs are worked out. :)
