HI all
On our annual pilgramige last year ,July we were dining in the Blue Laggon as we do every year , unfortunately the kitchen went into meltdown and after waiting about an hour for our starters the whole meal took about 3hrs. Explanation was that they were working on one range.We werent offered any complinentary drinks or a reduction in our bill. After complaining to customer services we have been furnished with 4 half board vouchers which is a very nice gestiure from dlp, only thing is i dont think we can use them in the Blue Lagoon?

4 half board vouchers is worth a lot though, so definitely a worthwhile gesture. I don't think you can swap them directly in Blue Lagoon but you'll certainly be able to use them at face value off the cost off your bill, should you wish to go there again.

Thanks for the tip.We will be going there anyway *** we luv the atmosphere. Know what you mean, but what is face value,nothing on the vouchers?

HB standard Vouchers = 17Euro face value
HB plus = 25
HB premium = 35ish but I'm guessing with this one.

we have the half board plus vouchers which means a cheap slap up feed for the four of us. yum yum:lmao:

Yes you can use them in the Blue Lagoon we did on our last trip

It was a bit annoying at the time but when the food did come it was great!!!!!! Best restaraunt bya disney mile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
