Hi there,
I collect actual items used at WDW, Banners, Signs, blueprints etc. If any of you have some items and are looking to get rid of them please let me know. I am putting together a "WDW Museum" in my basement, and anything will look good in it.

I have seen tons of stuff on ebay, but need more!!!!

How about some authentic cast member nametags? I have a bunch of extras I don't need. They would look good in a shadowbox, or whatever you can imagineer to use them in. Send me a PM and we can work something out, if you want them for your collection. Here is a picture of them:

You might want to check out www.mousesurplus.com or www.surpluskingdom.net which deal in that sort of merchandise.

I have already checked out all of the ebay disney sellers, and find their prices a bit on the riduculous side. What i need is cast members current and ex for things that they may have collected over the years. I don't need pins, but other items are considered.

I love the name tags, they are very unique, I know that cast members wore "Mickey" tags on new years 2000 If i could nab one of those it would be cool.

I think this is a great idea! I wish I had a basement to set up my stuff, but you don't find many of those in Florida.

All of my longtime friends here know that if they're cleaning house they need to call me before they get rid of anything from WDW. I have old ticket books, brochures, ride tickets, napkins, maps and just about anything else you can imagine.

You are correct, Surpluskingdom & Mousesurplus are a bit pricey. You should check out thrift stores in your area. I have found a lot of unusual items there.

In this lot of tags there is 3 of the Millennium celebration tags from 1999-2000 that you described. There is also 2 from the 25th anniversary celebration in 1996, 1 from the 100 Years Of Magic in 2001-2002, 1 from the Magical Gatherings celebration in 2003, and 6 of the regular "ta-dum" style nametags, which are issued when no particular celebration is going on. These nametags look good when put in collages, shadowboxes, or whatever. ;)
