I've seen photos here from people who have found it, and my dd would love it. But I haven't a clue where it is?

Is this the Narnia one in the Studios? If so I think its in the back lot but can't remember exactly where (or even if that's true!). Sorry that isn't much help is it?

how do you upload pics?

You need to host them somewhere like photobucket or imageshack, both are free.
Once they're uploaded the website will give you the code to insert the picture into forums or you can just take the url of the picture and use the insert image symbol above the box you type your message into.

I finally FOUND IT on my May trip this year and i have been to Disney 4 times now and missed it every single time, to the point my parents (who have been twice) were insisting that there was no such thing or it was no longer in existence because we had NEVER seen it!

Mind you it is easy to miss, it is in a very random place I only happened upon it this time and my hubby and i had a "oh there it is it does exist!" moment.
