Hi...I am Sonja (36) with a dh (39), ds (10) and a dd (8). I have been to Disneyland 3 times and then me and the dh took the kids to Disneyland about 3 years ago. I personally LOVE disney and could visit every year. Being in Canada though it is a bit of a problem since airfare is quite costly. This year we decided to go back but since we have already done Disneyland I thought it would be fun to try Disneyworld. The kids are older now and we figure we could handle how much bigger the world is over the land. LOL

So..after much researching and internet hopping we made the plunge and booked ourselves into the Port Orleans French Quarter for 10 nights. We also purchased the dining plan for all of us. I have pretty much planned our whole time there with a few free days thrown in. We are also doing Seaworld, Universal, Shopping at outlet malls, and Medieval Times Dinner.

We will also be in Disney for the first night of the Mickey Christmas parade...it will be our last night there so I am excited. Already purchased and recieved the tickets in the mail. After hours of searching menus and reviews I finally picked all our restaurants. I am hoping that we like the Dining plan. We are usually not that "planned" with meals so I hope we do n't mind stopping and going to a table meal everyday.

WE have picked....

Coral Reef, The Liberty Tree, Chef Mickey, Wolfgang Puck, Flying Fish, Donalds Breakfast at the Tusker House, Crystal Palace, Cafe Maya and Tony's Town Square.

I worked so hard to pick a good time to go for the kids and school and such and what I hoped would be a quiet time at Disney but after booking it I realized that we are there for something called Jersey Week and also our last few days there is during the Veterans Day Weekend. EEEKkk...I am hoping this doesn't cause too much trouble. We hate crowds, lol. I am really worried but hope with good planning it will all work out.

Anyhooo....I think that is all. I love reading these boards to see what everyone else is doing.
