Does anyone have details on this? What does it cost? What are they like? How does one reserve one? Planned to hang out at the pool on checkout day - thinking this would be a good option for this day. Anyone?

You might want to move this to the Universal Board....Cabana's rent from 9-3 or 3-10pm...cost is $35...they have a tv, mini fridge with water & sodas, table & chairs. Call the hotel and ask for the recreation or fitness person.

These are staples at all Vegas resorts and are truly something. You always consider it a highroller retreat. $35 seems ridiculously fair on a hot day by an active pool.

This is the result of a search on the Hard Rock cabanas CLICK HERE (http://www.disboards.com/search.php?s=&action=showresults&searchid=256262&sortby=lastpost&sortorder=descending).

They are incredible. Join us at the USF/IOA Board (http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=30&forumid=30) and get more than enough information about the Hard Rock!

I did this while we were there. They cost $65 for the whole day 9am until pool closes or $35 from 12 noon until pool closes.

We enjoyed it. You get a fruit bowl, sodas, waters, tv set, vcr, phone, celling fan and plenty of towels. We liked the privacy it gave us. But don't plan on really watching tv, you can't hear a thing over the hotel's sound system. They blast it everywhere! We had on the hotel's in house channel and watched the videos that went with the music - since we had no other choice.

we didn't have vcr in our cabana.....my sister watched the nascar race and in the next cabana they were watching basketball....you hear it if you are actually inside the cabana, we were in #9 and the music wasn't bad at all.
