Is it sacrilege to put one camera manufactures equipment in another's bag? :)
I have been around some folks who everything they have is all the same brand Canon, Nikon, Pentax, etc regardless of if another company made a better compatible unit.
I found a decent looking bag on amazon and its a Canon bag but all my gear is Nikon should I do it just go ahead and use it and face the wrath? :confused3 :thumbsup2

Just buy a roll of Gaffer Tape (http://www.amazon.com/Hosa-GFT-447-Gaffers-Tape/dp/B000A2YA4U/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=musical-instruments&qid=1211906034&sr=8-1)while you are at Amazon :)

I just used a black sharpie to color in the word "Canon" on my backpack. I shoot Canon stuff but I didn't want would be theives knowing that there was most likely a camera inside the bag. This should work well for a Nikon shooter as well as you can barely see the word now. You shoud be safe! :)

My answer would be who cares, if you like the bag and it fits your needs then get it.

I agree with you there I asked this just kind of tongue in cheek I have several bags that I use and it doesn't matter to me whats on it as long as it works. :thumbsup2

It does not matter to me what is on it. I like to cover it up. I feel that I am paying for the bag, if canon or nikon or who ever realy wants their name there thay can pay me for it or give me the bag. I even hate the neck straps with the name and model of camera on it. I never use the one that comes with the camera, I put a nice generic one on. Dont need to advertise to all that I have an $1800 camera around my neck.

Camera bags attract unwanted attention. The Best camera bags says "Pampers" on the logo. :)
