Rainforest Cafe is NOT a Disney owned restaurant and is NOT on the Dining Plan.

RFC has Safari Club you could join.
Members have to pay a one time fee. (Not an annual fee.) I don't know what it is now. I have been a member for years and I paid $20 or $25.
Being a Safari Club member gives you front of teh line waiting. So when others are witing hours, members may wait 5 -15 minutes.
You can chose either a discount or a free appetizer for your meal.
You will also get coupons in the mail. But unless you have a RFC near where you live those will not do you any good most likely.
New members can only join at a RFC, not on-line.
