My wish - to find this Disney music

Can anyone out there help me please?

I really love this music which is on the background of the YOAMD 2007 holiday planning DVD (UK version if it makes a difference).

Does anyone know what it is please and where I can find it? I've looked online for months now and all I can find is the music that is used in the main theme of the DVD.

I don't know if this is the same as the UK version but the usual music they use for the year of a million dreams is from the live action Peter Pan movie that was released a few years ago. I didn't realize it until I was watching the movie one day and i was like HUH!
