how do I send a welcome gift?

I would like to send a welcome gift, maybe a bottle of wine or a gift basket to some family that I got ressies for at Wilderness Lodge Villas, Anyone know who I would contact at Disney to arrange something? thanks for the help! Jeanne

I ordered through WDW Florist & sent my sister a basket of goodies. Last year my sister contacted room service at the AKL for our anniversary. She got the dates mixed up. We had already checked out, but AKL CM tracked us down at OKW & delivered the cake & other items to us (via the front desk CM at OKW). Now that was guest service on everyone's part!!

WDW florist does a great job!!! Have sent a couple of things to dfifferent people down there in the last couple of months. They do cute things with tote bags, baskets etc. I have gotten a cookies and milk platter when I've been there. They're great!

Thanks to all! I called WDW Florist (407-827-3505) and they were wonderful. They had a variety of gifts, and a variety of prices, which was nice.
