Strike Threat at Dolphin/Swan??

I read on another message site that there is a possible strike at the Dolphin/Swan due to the way those employees are being treated. Can anyone confirm this or add any information? I'm concerned because we will be there in 35 days.

I don't know if it had to do with a strike by employees but we just returned from the Dolphin yesterday. We were coming back to the resort Saturday night and when we pulled into the visitor parking lot we noticed a Disney security van as well as a police car in the drive to the hotel. There were people there with picket signs - we just could not see the signs. We were wondering what was going on - maybe it had to do with this?
