ADR question

Do guests staying at the Swan or Dolphin get the 180+10 ADR perk, or is that just for people staying at the Disney-owned resorts? I'm helping a friend plan her first trip and I don't want to give her the wrong info.

Sorry, no. 180+10 is a perquisite of staying at a Disney resort.
