WAAAA! I want my video! How long does it usually take

I took forever (a month or more) for us to get ours. I think maybe they just revised it though - because it includes information about the Western sailings as well.

We got ours in about a week- the day after we booked our trip. We knew we were going, but it was nice to watch & get all excited about the trip!! :)

I too have been waiting for a while. Probably 1 month so far. We are booked to go 11/30, but I still want to show the kids, so they can start dreaming about it too.

Anyone have the number to call for the video? And is it strictly just the cruise or does it also have Disney World footage? (It's been awhile since I've been on DCL and I've gotta catch up and try to go next year!)

We are cruising on the 4/27 Magic and I ordered the video on-line from the Disney Cruise website probably a month ago. We just received the video last week and my 3 year old keeps watching it and talking about the "Mickey Ship"! The video focuses mostly on the cruise with just a couple of shots of Disney World. I love watching it and counting the days down to our "Magical" cruise!!!!

We just got the new video a couple of days ago. Can't remember when I ordered it but I think it was less than a month ago.

I ordered mine about 3 weeks ago. I received it in about 2 weeks and then yesterday, I received another one!!! Must have been a glich! But a good one! Now if they would just "glich" some $$ off my next trip or two! :)

I still haven't gotten mine! I ordered it in JANUARY!!! We do have a funny mailing address, but I got the brochure, just no video! Luckily, someone I work with got one, and she let us use it. It does have a little bit of WDW footage in the Land and Sea section, but it isn't much.

We got ours Saturday, (which took a month) and then it was cracked! Superglued it, but afraid to put it in the VCR! We had borrowed one from TA anyway--
