Shuttle to WDW

Has anyone taken the Mears shuttle from a Universal Resort to WDW? I read that concierge can arrange for the shuttle to pick me up. However, I was wondering if the shuttle then makes other stops? Is it more time-efficient to use a taxi? I know the taxi would cost more but I'm thinking that may be quicker.

I've taken the Mears shuttle from WDW to USO and they didn't stop anywhere because they filled up at the resort (ASMo). So it depends on whether other people from USO will be going which is a good chance there will be. They might make the rounds with the 3 resorts. Its a chance.

i did the shuttle once from disney to universal.


the policy mears has is you need to call the day prior to make a ressie for the shuttle.
they only hold so many people per trip.
they make two morning trips each day.

so, if you want to go from universal to disney for one day,
go to the mears website and get the info on how to contact them for the arrangement of your transportation needs.

I remember a key on the phone specially for Mears, I called the day before from the hotel room to make my arranagements. They asked me to call them an hour or 2 before I wanted to return and they would do the pick up. I had no problem when I wanted to get back. HTH.:thumbsup2
