Hi,
Easter is extremely busy especially at weekends.
Orlando generally is packed and ALL the parks crowded not just WDW.

I haven't been at Easter myself but I have been to WDW for Christmas week which is I believe the busiest week of the year. It was fine we got caught up in the magic and had a great time. The crowds although large seemed pretty good natured and we took our time and we didn't hurry.
I think if you go with the thought that it is going to be busy in mind then you'll be prepared. Get to the parks early and do all the big rides first thing, we did BTMR and Splash Mountain within an hour first thing in the morning on Christmas eve, used fast pass for SM and queued for BTMR.
We did stay on property though so we were able to make use of extra magic hours which helped.

We have been several times at Easter and I have to agree with Johnny. It's heaving!
It is manageable thought if you plan carefully. We tend to avoid the parks over the Easter weekend, and on other days get to the parks for rope drop. Using the Busy Day Guides and making the most of Fastpasses helps.
However, we did visit a park last Easter Sunday which wasn't very busy. It was Cypress Gardens. Turned out to be a great choice!

What happened Easter Sunday this year it was quiet in MGM studios. Were we just lucky or do Americans spend this day with families rather than going to theme parks. Never noticed in past years it being so quiet.
