Will all members of our party, including my DS' ages 5 & 1.5 get a Key to the World? If so, is there any reason for my 5 yr old to have limited charging capabilitites? He will be hanging out at Oceaneers Club....will he need any funds for coke, etc?

One great aspect of the cruise or land/sea packages are that the keys to the world are personalized for each guest - including kids. Normally they are just listed under the one name if you are just staying at the WDW resort. As for the charging, I'll leave that to someone else. I know you can turn the card on or off for charging - not sure if you can have a limit.

You can not set a spending limit. You can have your child's charging privileges turned off by visiting Guest Services after boarding. But if you buy your child a refillable soda mug and a few arcade cards, there's nothing they'd need to buy.

Discuss with them about using the computers for the internet. There is no restriction there, if they use them without your knowledge you will be charged. They do not need a card, all they need to do is to log on with some information and off they go.
