Blue Lagoon Beach Day at Nassau? Sorry

For asking this, I know it probably has been asked before,but I can't find it on the search.
We just recieved our pamphlet on our excursions, and was wondering if anyone had done this one before? Is Blue Lagoon Beach Day within walking distance? Or do we need to take a taxi?
Also wondering if anyone had done the Aqua Cycles at Castaway Cay before..Thought this sounded fun.
Its our first cruise, can you tell? lol

We did the Blue Lagoon beach day on our cruise. Myself, DH, my mom, and DS (2). It was really alot of fun. Its basically just a fun in the sun day of relaxation. Food was OK nothing special. If I remember right, we walked to a little shuttle boat once we got off the Disney boat, that took us to the Blue Lagoon. Not too long of a ride. And there were 3 or 4 return times from the island. I believe this is were the Dolphin encounter is too. We didn't do that. But I just did it while in Jamaica, 2 weeks ago and it was spectacular.
