Is there a DVC parking pass for the theme parks? I know AAA has a parking pass that allows you to park a little closer to the front gate. Does a DVC membership allow you this type of privilege?

DVC members staying at a DVC resort get the same free theme-park parking privileges as regular resort hotel guests.
The AAA parking is special to those folks who booked their vacations through AAA.

All on site Disney guests get free parking at the theme parks. There is nothing special about DVC. If you are staying off site and are a DVC member, you do NOT get free parking by virtue of being a DVC member UNLESS you are also an annual pass holder. AP holders get free theme park parking all the time.

Thanks for the feedback. We are paying for part of our trip and using points for the other half. Wasn't sure if I should try and get a AAA parking pass or if DVC membership had a parking perk. Thanks for clarifying that.

Just to clarify - the AAA parking pass does not give you free parking. You still have to pay the same rate (so, if you are at a WDW resort, you have free parking. If you are staying offsite, you have to pay).
The AAA parking pass does allow you to park closer to the entrance, usually just beyond the handicapped parking lots. There is no tram service from either the handicapped parking or the AAA parking and the farthest ends of some of the handicapped parking areas are quite a hike to the park entrance.
So, you do park closer, but will have a longer walk than if you parked in the regular lots and walked to the end of your row to use the tram. You just avoid using the trams.
An AP or PAP also gives you free parking.
