Hi All!
I just saw on the WDW site that you can go on a trail ride at FW. I went on a couple trail rides before on other vacations (went through the Black Hills of South Dakota- it was beautiful!) and i would really like to go in WDW. Has anyone done it before? If so, what did it cost and was it worth it? Thanks so much!

Hi! I took my oldest children for a trail ride at Thanksgiving. I believe it was $45 for 45 min. We were joking that it cost $1 a minute so they better enjoy it!:lmao: We had a great time, and the woman who runs it was wonderful. Have fun!:goodvibes

We have done this a couple times. It is for beginner riders, a slow pace, you ride in single file. It is however enjoyable and fun. Its fun to see peoples first time ride. At times you can see turkey, deer, armadillo, rabbits and the such.
Its a slow and peaceful ride.:goodvibes

If you have never rode before its perfect because all you do is walk. if you are a rider then you might think it is boring and slow. I liked it but it was a bit too pokey for me.. and I got to trot a bit! ( one of the trail horse started acting up ( they think he got stung)on a young girl and we had to stop about 15 minutes in.. one of the leaders took the nutty horse back to the barn, I was given his horse because I knew how to ride, and they give the girl my horse.. because the leaders horse was the end guy he liked to go slow and then trot up to the pack....
