The lounge chairs at the pool are clearly marked with the "NO SAVING OF CHAIRS" signs. I figure that if I'm at the pool for an hour--any chair that hasn't been touched in that time is fair game. I don't feel guilty moving the towels that someone has left on any chair. I don't think I would move other personal belongings, but many times people get up and leave the towels on the chairs with no intention of returning anytime soon.

we move the towels also if it looks like they r just left there and we need a space have never really had a problem getting a seat at the pool we just look around and size up the situatoin and if we think it is not really in use we move them
i think that alot of people leave them when they go ...

I too have moved towels and the magazines left on chairs. At Quite Cove I asked the people seating close by if anyone has been at the chairs and the answer was "no and we have been sitting here for an hour." So I picked the stuff up and sat it over on a wooden bench. We were having the terrible Gale Force winds so being up on deck 10 was not an option. My husband and I were in those chairs for almost an hour and nobody showed up to ask, why are you in our chairs. Kathy
