Has anyone gone to HH and gone to any of the furniture "malls"? How far is it from the resort to the these stores? I may have some extra points and thought maybe, just maybe, I could get away for a weekend and do some shopping- oops, I mean "window shopping". :smooth:

Also, if any of you fly there, what is the main airport?

The main commercial airport is Savannah, GA. I haven't been shopping for furniture, but this will bump up and maybe someone else can help.

The really big furniture malls are actually in <b><i>North</i></b> Carolina, while HH is in South Carolina. The major cities for this are High Point and Hickory. We bought a houseful of furniture in High Point, and saved a huge amount of money. But I would guess that High Point would be 300-400 miles from Hilton Head.
