Disney Quotes Swap - Due Date June 13th

Please DO NOT Sign Up for more groups than you can handle and complete by the due date! Late returns mean big delays to everyone! For anyone who has been significantly late on recent swaps, I am reserving the right to limit the number of groups - I will do it privately of course. I don't want to punish everyone by limiting when a lot of people are always on time, but it is too hard to try to angel large numbers of spots so I feel that I have to do something to mitigate the risk.

1. Choose your group. I will open additional groups if the initial one
fills very quickly if there is enough interest. I will fill the groups in the order you post. If groups don't fill up I will combine groups as needed to keep the swaps consistently sized.
If additional groups are added for a topice (A1 Walt Disney ,etc) I will fill it first with those that have not been put in the original group and then after everyone has had an opportunity I will open it to the rest of the group to add on who is already in group A)
2. I will PM you if I do not have your address already.
3. Post your status on the progress thread every week. Check in dates
will be listed.
4. Packing/Mailing Instructions: use a Ziploc for each person and put
everything for that person into their bag. Please label on the outside of
each bag. Include your name, DISname and group number. You'll have 8
bags to enclose in the larger (gallon size) Ziploc bag for each group you
are in. My porch is NOT COVERED so it is critical that the outside bag is over all the pieces for each group in the event of rain.

Include your return postage - I prefer cash or check instead of stamps as I will utilize online shipping for the returns. These are fairly small pieces so for most people a flat rate envelope will be fine. If you sign up for more than 4 groups however, please include shipping for a box. Online shipping will give me free delivery confirmation as well on priority mail so I won't need extra for that.
5. Do not send click-it/ship-it postage.
6. PM me if you have problems and need to drop out or if an emergency
happens (we all know things happen beyond our control sometimes), let me
know so we can make arrangements for an angel or other help if needed.

Requirements -
1. One quote per person (8 people per group)
2. Quote layer should be 2 ½ x 3 ½, in any shape you choose. If your idea varies from this significantly, please PM me. I am not going to take out a ruler and measure them, but they should not be teeny tiny either. Please adjust the font size to fit appropriately.
3. All quotes must be double matted - that is the quote layer on top of two additional mats.
4. All quotes must be embellished in some way - brads, eyelets, charms, ribbon, 3d stickers, matted stickers, embossing….etc.
5. Please, no hand lettering on any items, use computer fonts, rub-ons,
stamps, etc.


Please post the quote you want to use when you sign up so we avoid duplicates. If you just don't know you will need to tell me before I close the swap and will have to avoid any already chosen.

It can be larger - but yes the top layer should be at least that size. But, I want to encourage everyone to be creative in shapes and such so if that means a little variation go for it (feel free to PM me with questions).

Pixar2 is full as well.

I will close this tomorrow night since the due date is pretty quick. I will combine any groups that aren't full to make them make sense based on who is where. I can fill in any extras - this is something I can do some work on at lunchtime on the 'puter so I can handle the excess.

Sorry I didn't get this closed yesterday - life got in the way.

I have some combining issues so I wanted to see if there were any more last minute takers. The pirate group of 3 is difficult - not sure where to put that. I can combine the fab5 with the second classic disney group to make a group of 7. Then there are going to be some groups that are make 6, some make 7 and the rest make 8. Just wanted to see if anyone wanted any of those straggler spots. If I'm not in the group already I'll fill it in myself but wanted to give everyone one last look.
