Finally did get in touch with her...And all is good

I placed orders on April 28th and May 2nd. I got automated responses back from paypal for both and an automated response from bargain pack for the May 2nd order. I also sent email asking to add to my order on May 5th and got an automated response back.
I sent email 2 days ago to check in on the orders and nothing...No automated responses or anything...
It will be almost 3 weeks since I placed my first order. Anyone else having issues? Just not sure what to do.

I've bought many things from Gayle & while she doesn't have the fastest shipping, it was the cheapest for several years...and I always got my items.
Did you order during a big sale? I know on one occasion she got overwhelmed with orders & it was about 3 weeks from the time I placed the order until the items simply showed up - no email. I know she tries to get email responses out to everyone, but there are times it doesn't happen. I don't think this is her only job. I've gotten responses from her stating that she wouldn't the "there" to check on my order until after midnight...I just assumed that meant she does this as a sideline. :confused3
This issue has occasionally been raised in the past. Usually, just about the time someone posts about it, the items arrive. I just never order things for swaps or that I need within a certain time frame.

i've had the same issue with her before. but the stuff always comes. it's just not too fast!

Rhonda, have you heard anything yet? I just got a couple emails from her about a sale for Memorial Day. I know in the past, she's usually gotten caught up before the next big sale if she's been behind. I hope you've gotten your items!

I did send her email again (3rd time) and this time she did respond yesterday morning. She said she was short on some paper and that she hadn't send out either orders. She asked for my phone # said she would call me - but I still haven't heard.
I do like her and she has great prices but I have some stuff that has been backordered for almost 8 weeks now and it has now been well over 3 weeks - I guess I will just be patient.
It's too bad because I ordered Primas for the Primas swap (and that swap was due a while ago) and they still haven't come.
I ordered stuff for the completed pages but now I have to go buy them all again tomorrow (since I now know that nothing has shipped out) so I can finished my pages this weekend.
I ordered all of my stuff for the abc completed & elements swap - I just hope this comes in time for the prototype deadline -
I know I will be able to use all that I have ordered eventually, it's just expensive having to re buy my embilishments to make my swap due dates:sad2:
Lesson learned - not to order anything that is time sensitive (and by that I mean if you need it in less than a month - order from somewhere else...)

I did an order a while back when there was a free shipping offer. My order went through paypal but I never got the usual confirmation of order from her. I ended up having to email her 2 or 3 times since I'd only get the automatic email reply. In the end, she contacted me and was glad I had kept at it because she had had some kind of "computer blip" happen and she wasn't aware of my order! She immediately got the order to me and added about 3 complimentary sticker packs (sticko) along with her apologies for my troubles. I appreciated her gesture and will continue to consider doing business with her, especially when there are free shipping offers! :rotfl:
